What is uterine Fibroid?

Uterine fibroids are the commonest kind of pelvic tumor found in womens.Most probably women’s between the ages of 18 to 55 yrs are at the red alarm to develop uterine fibroids. Treatment depends on various factors including age, general health, severity of symptoms, type of fibroids, whether patient is pregnant and if they want children in future. Treatment for the symptoms of fibroids includes pills for controlling birth rate to help control heavy period, non-asteroidal drugs such as ibuprofen or naproxen.
